Fix to Outlook (OWA) error: "The text you typed is too long. Please shorten it and try to save it again." 1.Create email signature using MS Word. 2.Save it as “Web Page, Filtered”. 3.Close MS Word and reopen the document. It should now open in your default browser. 4.Select and copy the text. 5.Paste it into the Signature area in OWA. 6.Save your settings.
If above didn't work, try below: 1. Find the logo from your company's website. 2. Copy the logo then go to OWA signature settings and paste it. 3. Save the OWA signature then send a test email.

Recovering Outlook Contacts
The PST file can store thousands of contacts, so you need to make sure you place them in the correct folder and don't create duplicates. Click "File," select "Open & Export" and then click "Import/Export." Select "Import from another program or file" and then select "Outlook Data File (.pst)." Use the file browser to select the PST file, but don't click "Next" yet. To make sure you don't create duplicate contacts, click the "Do not import duplicates" and then proceed to the next step. Select the "Contacts" folder, click the "Import items into the same folder in" radio button and then choose your email account from the menu. The import process begins after you click "Finish" and may take up to five minutes.
